I was gifted a string of Larimar stones by the mother of a dear friend. The stones were brought from the Dominican Republic, the only place where the Larimar gemstones are found. It's an extremely beautiful pectolite stone: its blue seems almost ephemeral as if it was shifting between spheres.
I played with silver wire and added the Larimar stones as I went. Maybe a sculpture necklace came from this, I'm pretty enamored with it. It's not for everyone and not for the everyday but the Larimar necklace is that very special something when you need that very special something, you know what I mean.
The Larimar earrings are light and so cute how the cool balls bounce off the cheeks while in movement. The earrings and the necklace can be purchased as a set or seperately. Also, the sculpting is not done: you'll bend and adjust the wire of the necklace as you wear it until it perfectly aligns with your shape while keeping its form.
