Shipping
- The people—two sisters—behind this label live in New York and Zürich. We do not always have identical stock but we try our best to make shipping quick and affordable. In Switzerland, we send packages via A-Post Plus (Schweizer Post) in the US we go with First-Class Mail (USPS). Please expect to pay a bit more if residing outside these two places.
- Sometimes a product's stock happens to be in only one place, i.e. an earring ships from the US only which might upset Swiss clients due to higher shipping costs. These are usually temporary scenarios but please reach out—before you place the order—if this happens to inconvenience you!
- The prices of our products do not include taxes or import duties. Customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.

Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date.
