Your order will be delivered within two weeks of purchase. Please get in touch if you want us to use a specific courier. We will try our very best to fit your needs.
- US and Swiss customers receive free shipping.
- International customers pay for shipping via USPS First-Class Package International Service.
- If an alternative ship method is desired, please contact us via the contact form at the bottom of this page.
- The price of our products do not include taxes or import duties. International customers are responsible for any additional costs imposed by the local government upon delivery to the destination country.
- Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date. After 7 business days all sales are final.
- Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns must include all original packaging.
- Sale items marked 30% off or greater are final sale.
- Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
- Items purchased using store credit are final sale.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
